What are we offering?
1. E-EXPERIENCE: AT HOME, or ‘LIFE EXERCISES’
For the duration of 1 year, you will be sent one Step of the program each month. In that month, you will do all the exercises in your own time, at your own pace.
There’s daily exercises, for example guided meditations. And then there’s creative exercises, in which you map out your daily life. You will learn to ‘track’ your emotions and thoughts; your patterns.
You will learn to feel who you are. This connects you to a deeper part of yourself.
You will learn to a whole new course for your life, based on what you see, no longer on what you’re used to.
You will get to know yourself in a completely different manner. You will liberate your inner child. The wounded child is healed. The healed child is allowed and able to start playing again.
You will heal your blockages. Slowly you will start to see and acknowledge what has held you back all this time.
We will continuously let you experience and feel in every aspect what it’s like to set your focus from your Enlightened Consciousness instead of from your problems.
Hence the Live Seminar Weeks. Getting together with people and experiencing the intimacy of deep processing if lifechanging!
2. LIVE SEMINAR WEEKS, ‘SENSING’ SESSIONS
In the four 5-day seminar weeks we use:
- Breathing- and meditation techniques.
- Movement, the loosening of your body, your emotions and your beliefs/convictions.
- Contact & Touch experiences.
- Techniques to get closer to your emotions/feelings.
- Techniques to learn how to listen to yourself.
- Soundhealing en sound making.
- Creative exercises.
- Process guidance (sharing).
3. LIVE THE LIFESTYLE: ENERGYSCAN & BOOST !
There’s 9 months to build up the new lifestyle. Without ‘forcing’.
For the first three months you don’t change a single thing, unless you yourself feel the impulse to do so. Resistance is perfectly fine! It is all about what process the lifestyle triggers in you.
We do ask you to participate in the 21-day challenge and apply our healthy lifestyle in the last 3 months of the program.
But by that time you’re probably already highly motivated, because from the very start you’ll notice that your level of relaxation and vitality will increase enormously!
YOU’RE DETOXING YOUR PATTERNS!
Detox and re-program your Energy System.
HEALTH AND VITALITY
- 80% vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.
- A maximum of 20% sugar, meat, dairy, wheat and/or alcohol in your diet.
- Take a walk every day, do yoga (or sports) twice a week.
- At least 1,5 liters of water or herbal tea a day.
SEXUALITY AND RELATIONSHIPS
- Exercises in Consciously giving, taking, allowing and receiving.
- Exercises in Consciously expressing your needs and setting boundaries.
- Once a week (non-sexual) Touch contact with partner, friend or alone.
WORK AND FINANCES
- Mapping out your deepest desires and setting goals.
- Creating overview and space.
- Taking a first step every day.
- 10 minutes of meditation every day.
- Spending a minimum of 2 hours a week outside in nature.
- Exercises in Consciously giving away your qualities.
